We have established relationships with the best vendors in the wedding industry. We will assist you in selecting the perfect vendors for your wedding day, including photographers, florists, and DJs. We will ensure that your vendors are reliable and professional.

§ Package Details

· Unlimited phone and email communication with your Lead Planner for 60 days leading up to your wedding.

· Access to online planning tools, including a custom day-of timeline, a thorough check-list to ensure you are crossing off all your to-do's, Aisle Planner, and the Availed Wedding Hub.

· Month-of planning meeting, final venue walkthrough at ceremony and reception locations, and a week-of meeting.

· Final confirmations with vendors, scheduling their set up and timing for the big day, and final meetings as needed.

· Rehearsal coordination in partnership with your Officiant.

· Setup of day-of décor and personal items. Setup and tear down packages can be added at an additional cost.

· Investment: Wedding Day Management starts at $1,800, with a variety of optional add-ons available to customize it to your needs.

· For weddings + events with 50 guests or less.

· Budget creation and management.

· Design assistance, from overall wedding theme to the smallest of details, and a Micro Design Proposal.

· Research, recommendations, communication, and booking assistance for 5 wedding vendors.

· Access to online planning tools, including Aisle Planner, a thorough check-list to ensure you are crossing off all your to-do's, and the Entangled Wedding & Event Hub.

· 6 in-person or virtual meeting hours to connect with vendors, tour venues, work on planning projects, or check things off your to-do list.

· Unlimited phone and email communication with your Lead Planner throughout the entire planning process.

· Includes a condensed version of our Wedding Day Management package.
